We are a Czech manufacturer and distributor of pure and laboratory chemicals with a tradition dating back to the late 19th century.
Company history
The origins of our company date back to the end of the 19th century, when a factory producing stearin, candles, and soap was established on the premises of today's company. Since then, our company has undergone many fundamental changes due to political developments in the country, until Lachner s. r. o. was established in 2002.
End of the 19th century
Chemical production was launched in our current premises by the company V.B. Goltberg and son-in-law. This involved the production of stearin, candles, and soap.
New owner
SMG Invest, s.r.o., part of the SAMAGO group of companies, has become the new owner of our company.
Expansion to Hungary
Our family has grown with the addition of our subsidiary Reanal in Hungary.
Sustainable Development Award
We received the Sustainable Development Award from SCHP ČR for our program supporting science education from kindergarten to high school.
Expansion in Serbia
In 2017, expansion continues in Serbia thanks to the subsidiary Proanalytika.
Expansion in Slovakia
We have established another subsidiary, this time in Slovakia – CENTRALCHEM, s.r.o., in order to actively expand in Central Europe.

Thanks to our strong distribution network, we ensure fast and reliable deliveries of chemicals to more than 20 countries around the world.
